It is generic in nature and fails to account for nuances of people’s roles, challenges and most importantly who they are as an individual.
Our niche? Identifying and developing an approach that enables people of all walks of life to focus on their instinctive source of power, which we call Strengths, to transform their world and all aspects of life. Using Strengths as a starting point, Kairos develops content that allows individuals to apply the strategies they learn to real life situations and scenarios in a way that makes sense to them versus having to adapt to an approach that doesn’t leverage their innate talents. When this knowledge is combined with well-researched, industry-proven, and relevant content and strategies positive change is inevitable.
